Time Train Series The Long War (Fictionwise only; novel)
[F]
Across Time and Space The following novels and stories are not directly part of the Time Train series, but I was conscious of the coming series years ago, so we can assume they take place in one of the Time Train universes.

The enigmatic time trains are like an automated subway system through time and space. Imperial agents of rival agencies travel through the interstices of time, sometimes fighting the enemy, sometimes each other. The city, also known as City of En, or COEN, is steadily crumbling away at the edges, where the fabric of time was torn by a long-ago war. Every little change in the past (yes, it can be done) buys the city another hour, a day, a year. Every mistake means another square block of humanity pulverizes into fundamental particles of pure gravity in the metaverse.
